James Gordon is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and consulting sectors. As the Chairman and CEO of MedGen since July 2015, James leads a premium nursing agency focused on providing skilled nurses and caregivers. In addition, James serves as Chairman of MCS Healthcare, a regulated provider of specialist nursing and care support for complex health needs, and as Managing Partner at Jwaneng, overseeing investments for the MedGen Group of Companies. Prior to these roles, James owned and was a major shareholder at Abika Consulting, a search agency specializing in the enterprise software industry until its successful exit via management buyout in early 2021. James holds a First Class Joint Honours Degree in Business Studies and American Studies from the University of Sunderland.
