Bishwas Sharma

Bishwas Sharma is a Senior Scientist at Medgene, specializing in vaccine target identification, epitope prediction, and phylogenetic analysis within the R&D Constructs lab since June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Molecular Biologist at an animal vaccine company and as a Graduate Research Assistant at South Dakota State University, where responsibilities encompassed cell culture, molecular cloning, virology, hybridoma techniques, and animal experiments involving various species. Additionally, Bishwas Sharma worked as an Assistant Professor at the Himalayan College of Agricultural Sciences & Technology, teaching Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology. Education includes a Master of Science in Virology from South Dakota State University and a Master’s in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Sciences.
