Tom Halbur

Tom Halbur has a extensive work experience in the animal health industry. Tom started their career at Novartis Animal Health in 2007, where they served as the Director of R&D and Regulatory Affairs until 2013. Tom then joined Novartis Animal Health in 2014 as the Director of Global Vaccine Development. In 2015, they transitioned to ELANCO ANIMAL HEALTH as the Director of Cattle Vaccine Development. Tom later joined Medgene in 2017, where they held various roles including VP of Operations, Independent Consultant, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.

Tom Halbur earned a Master's Degree in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology from South Dakota State University.
