Tabassum Shaikh has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles.
Tabassum started their career in 2004 at Piramal Diagnostic Services Pvt. Ltd. where they worked as a Customer Care Manager until 2010.
In 2010, they joined SRL LTD as a Center Incharge and continued in that role until 2013.
From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Center Manager at OJUS Anytime Medicare Services Pvt Ltd.
In 2017, they joined MEDGENOME as a Senior Manager - CS & Operations and later became the Head of Customer Support. Tabassum is currently in that role.
Tabassum Shaikh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Mumbai University Mumbai, from the years 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
