Johnny Ross has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Johnny served as the CEO of MedHab, where they developed a business plan and raised $3.6M in funding for the launch of patented medical devices. Johnny also recruited industry leaders for the Medical Advisory Board and worked with city officials to secure funding and tax incentives. Prior to that, Johnny worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Strategic Market Director, where they negotiated pharmaceutical formulary positioning and managed contract recommendations and negotiations. Johnny also served as an Executive District Manager, leading a team of representatives and overseeing recruitment and training.

Johnny Ross completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Following this, they pursued further education and acquired a Master's degree in Government and Business relations from Angelo State University, attending from 1986 to 1989.
