Pamela Dickson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager and Human Resources Business Partner for Rehabilitation and Health Services at MedHealth since January 2023, Pamela's expertise includes providing HR consultancy and support, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Previous roles include Human Resources Specialist and Senior Consultant at m3property, HR Business Partner at Wellways Australia, HR Consultant at Fitted for Work, and various managerial positions within the Department of Defence of Australia. Pamela started their career at Australia Post, where roles spanned from Senior HR Consultant to Organisation Development Consultant. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources from RMIT University.
