Tracey Parker is an accomplished professional in rehabilitation and health services, currently serving as the General Manager of Business Transformation at MedHealth since September 2023. With extensive experience in various managerial and consultancy roles, Tracey has previously held the position of General Manager at Benchmark Rehab from July 2012 to September 2023, focusing on injury management and rehabilitation services. Prior to this, Tracey was a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant at CRS Australia, where responsibilities included team leadership and mentoring in commercial markets. Tracey's career also includes significant experience as an occupational therapist, having worked in various capacities, including self-employment as an OT contractor and roles in community-based services. Tracey holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, both from Western Sydney University.
