Maria Van Buskirk has held several roles in the media industry since 2015. Starting at Maxus Global, they worked as an Assistant Media Planner, Integrated Media Planner, and Media Supervisor. In 2018, they joined Wavemaker as a Strategic Planning Manager and Media Strategy Director. Maria then moved to Essence in 2019, where they held the roles of Associate Strategy Director and Strategy Director. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Strategy at Media by Mother.
