Media Development Investment Fund
Adedeji Adekunle serves as the Program Director at Media Development Investment Fund since June 2022, leading the Nigeria Media Innovation Program to enhance the capacity and revenue streams of independent media in Nigeria. Previously, Adedeji held various leadership roles at The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development from May 2016 to May 2022, including Director of Innovation, where strategic initiatives were implemented, and Director of Programs, overseeing the Centre’s projects. Additionally, Adedeji has experience as a Program Manager at Dubawa, Research Officer at the Foundation for Peace, Economic and Agricultural Transformation, and has held earlier positions in technology and procurement with organizations such as NNPC and Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. Adedeji holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Mathematics from Federal University of Technology Minna.
