Bilal Randeree is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media and finance. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Media Programs at the Media Development Investment Fund since August 2017, Bilal also holds positions as Program Director for Africa and MENA. Additionally, Bilal is a member of the Board of Directors for Creative Commons. Prior roles include Managing Director at QatarLiving.com, Social Media/Web Editor and Business Journalist at Al Jazeera English, and various positions at KPMG Corporate Finance, where Bilal focused on transaction services and auditing. Bilal's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Journalism from Rhodes University and Honours and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
