Currently serving as the People & Culture Leader at Media Mantra since November 2022, Rekha has previously held significant roles including Head of Operations and Support Services at Rotimatic, General Manager-HR at Quintessentially Lifestyle, and Sr. Manager, HR & Strategy at Leeway Logistics Limited. Rekha’s career began at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited as a Sr. Executive HR and progressed through various managerial positions, including Executive Strategy at Mahindra Logistics. Rekha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing from JIML, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
