Lead Devops Programmer at Media Molecule

Chris R. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they served as the Technical Manager at CSR FM radio station, where they provided audio and IT support for broadcast. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at the University of Kent, first as a Part-Time IT/AV Technician and later as a Helpdesk Assistant Supervisor.

In 2012, Chris joined the BBC, initially as a W1 Support Pool Engineer, and later took on roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Principal Systems Engineer, and finally as a Product Manager. During their time at the BBC, they managed the technical delivery of audio playout solutions and launched the Internet Fit Radio team's first official product.

Chris R. attended the University of Kent from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Systems Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Chris completed the ITIL Foundation certification in 2010, the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in 2016, and the PRINCE2 Foundation certification in the same year. In 2016, Chris also achieved the Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) certification. Most recently, in 2021, Chris completed the Unity Essentials Pathway certification from Unity.
