Andreia (Deia) Tavares is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social and cultural communication. Currently serving as the VP, Head of Social LATAM at Monks, Tavares has previously held notable positions such as Regional Social & Influencers Lead LATAM at WPP and Head of Strategy at Red Fuse Communications. With a background that includes roles as Planning & Strategy Director and Manager at VMLY&R and Senior Account Planner at Narita Design, Tavares combines strategic insight with a strong understanding of social dynamics. Tavares is further enhancing expertise through ongoing education at Hyper Island since November 2021, building on a Master's degree in Social and Cultural Communication obtained from Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2002 to 2006.
