Carl Feltham has a diverse work experience in the field of design. In their most recent role at Media.Monks, they held the positions of Experience Design Director and Experience Design Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Product & Service Designer at Snook. Carl also worked at Idean UK as a Lead Product Designer, where they collaborated with HMRC to create a customer-centered digital vision. Carl has also held positions at Huge, Jones Knowles Ritchie, BBH London, and Friday - Part of PA Consulting, where they worked on various design projects for clients such as Apollo Tyres, Western Union, The National Lottery, and the finance sector. Overall, Carl has expertise in experience design, product design, service design, and user experience design.

Carl Feltham started their education at Poole Grammar School from 2002 to 2009. Carl then attended Arts University Bournemouth where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual Communication from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Fda Visual Communication degree from 2011 to 2013 and a Fda Diploma in Art and Design with a focus on Graphic Design from 2010 to 2011, both at Arts University Bournemouth. In terms of additional certifications, Carl obtained "The Online Marketing Fundamentals" certification from Google in 2017, and "The Digital Economy: Selling Through Customer Insight" certification from The Open University in May 2017.
