Colin Nickoriuk

Colin Nickoriuk started their work experience in 2014 as a Junior Software Developer at SAIT Polytechnic. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Developer at Critical Mass, where they developed and maintained CMS applications and dynamic AEM components. Colin then progressed to the role of Senior Developer at Critical Mass from 2017 to 2018, where they also served as a DevOps resource.

In 2018, Colin joined Finning as a Software Developer - Online Commerce (AEM), where they played a key role in upgrading Finning's AEM platform and improving customer experience. Colin also rebuilt websites and expanded the capabilities of the global web presence.

Currently, Colin is working at Media.Monks since 2020. Colin started as an AEM Technology Lead and launched a sophisticated AEM Assets solution. Colin is currently serving as an Associate Technology Director, leading the technical design, implementation, and launch of several AEM Sites projects, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build the best possible software and maximize outcomes.

Colin Nickoriuk completed their Information Technology degree with a specialization in Software Development from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) between 2013 and 2015. Colin also holds certifications from Adobe, including the Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect and the Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Workfront for Experience Manager enhanced connector. Additionally, they obtained the Adobe Experience Manager 6 Developer and Lead Developer Certifications in 2017.
