Yasmine Alani Flpi

Yasmine Alani FLPI has a range of work experience, starting in 2011 as a Paralegal at Slater and Gordon Lawyers. From 2011 to 2017, Yasmine worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service in roles such as Adjudicator and Executive Advisor. During this time, they focused on staff engagement through coaching, training, and mentoring, as well as designing and delivering training programs on change management and other topics. In 2017, Yasmine joined News UK as a Learning and Talent Development Advisor, later transitioning to the role of Learning and Development Manager. Yasmine's responsibilities at News UK included conducting training needs analysis, leading the company's diversity and inclusion agenda, developing leadership programs, and creating mentoring programs. Yasmine is currently working at Media Zoo as the Head of Creative Learning, DEI & Culture, where their role involves overseeing creative learning initiatives.

Yasmine Alani FLPI completed their education in a chronological order. Yasmine attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls from 1999 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Reading, studying there from 2006 to 2009. Afterward, they attended the College of Law Bloomsbury in 2009 and 2010 to obtain a Bar Vocational Course qualification.

In addition to their education, Yasmine Alani FLPI has acquired several certifications. Yasmine became a Fellow of The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) in August 2022. In July 2021, they obtained the certification of MBTI Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company. Moreover, in February 2021, they earned the Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. Yasmine Alani FLPI was awarded the title of Rising Star 2021 - Gold Winner by The LPI in February 2021. Furthermore, in June 2019, they completed the Foundation in Coaching Practice program by i-coach academy Limited. Lastly, they obtained a TAP Certificate in L&D Consultancy Skills (TTFLDC) from TAP Learning in April 2018.
