Shelagh Goodwin

Shelagh Goodwin is the current General Manager of Human Resources at Media24. Shelagh has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and has previously worked as an HR Manager, HR Officer, and Recruitment Consultant. Goodwin began their career in Human Resources in 1993 at Naspers Limited, where they worked for one year as an HR Officer. Shelagh then moved to Van Schaik Bookstore, where they worked for two years as an HR Officer. In 1996, Goodwin joined Via Afrika Limited, where they worked for two years as an HR Manager.

Shelagh Goodwin has a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, an MA in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, and a BA (Hons) in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town. Shelagh is also certified from the Health Professions Council of South Africa in Industrial Psychologist.
