Barbara Baedke Staebell

Barbara Baedke Staebell has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the HR & Recruitment Manager at Mediacom Communications since May 2001, where responsibilities include benefits and compensation, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS/payroll. Previously, Barbara held the position of HR Supervisor at Mediacom and gained foundational HR experience as an HR Clerk and Intern at Viking Pump, Inc. from June 1994 to May 2001. An internship at John Deere in the summer of 2000 further enhanced Barbara's HR expertise. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources, Communications, and Training & Development from the University of Northern Iowa, completed in 2000.
