Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown has extensive experience in technical operations management, currently serving as Sr. Manager Technical Operations at Mediacom Communications since May 2007. In this role, Jeff oversees technical operations for a team of five supervisors and fifty technicians across multiple states in the Midwest. Prior to this position, Jeff was a Technical Supervisor at Mediacom Communications from June 2005 to 2007, managing service and installation activities for thirteen field employees in Southern Illinois. Jeff began their career as a Maintenance Technician at AT&T from January 2000 to March 2001 and is an alumnus of BCHS and RLC, where education was completed between 1984 and 1990.
