Kim Shen Pang

Kim Shen Pang is a cybersecurity planning and policy officer at Mediacorp Pte Ltd since February 2021, focusing on aligning and revamping cybersecurity policies and overseeing projects related to adversarial tactics. Prior experience includes account management for fintech solutions at NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, where Kim co-managed banking portfolios and identified new business opportunities. A participant in the NEC Talent Development Programme, Kim rotated through multiple divisions in NEC, including roles in Tokyo. Kim also founded Rendezvous Tech under the Startup Autobahn accelerator program and has experience in marketing and business development with Sensibo. Military service as an artillery officer in the Singapore Armed Forces involved battalion training planning and execution. Kim holds a Master of Science in Software and Systems Security from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and is pursuing studies in entrepreneurship at Tel Aviv University.
