Gretchen Borzillo

Gretchen Borzillo, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gretchen started their career at Reynolds Journalism Institute in 2011 as an SEO Instructor, teaching undergraduate students about search engine optimization. In 2011, they also worked at Lift Division as a Search Strategist and later became the Director of Operations. From 2010 to 2016, Gretchen worked as a Freelance Event Specialist at SYNERGY, where they assisted with managing multiple corporate, community, celebrity, and charity events. Since 2012, they have been with MediaCross, initially starting as an Operations Analyst. Gretchen then moved on to become the Director of Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President, HR & Operations.

Gretchen Borzillo, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Gretchen also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from the same institution. In 2009, they obtained an ISU Certificate in German from The Philipp University of Marburg. Additionally, Gretchen has achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
