Maxim Trofimov has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in various companies. Maxim began their career as a Trainee at TUT.BY Belorusskiy portal in 2015, where they worked with a database of site announcements. In 2016, they joined Selvin as a Specialist for the registration of transport invoice, where they were responsible for verification, archiving, and maintenance of registers. Later that year, they joined Danone as a Marketing Specialist, focusing on assisting the brand manager in product launches, increasing brand loyalty, and sales analytics. In 2017, Maxim was promoted to Digital Supervisor at Danone, leading project management for multiple brands, developing digital strategies, and managing integrated campaigns. The most recent entry in their work experience is with Mediacube, where they started as a Product Manager in 2021 and is currently serving as the Product Team Lead.

Maxim Trofimov completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University, which they attended from 2011 to 2016.
