Lynne Truong

Lynne Truong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2013, they worked at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln as an ITS Student Assistant and later as an ITS Technical Assistant. In 2015, they joined IBM as a Global Support Representative, where they stayed until 2021. During this time, they gained valuable experience in global support and customer service. In 2021, they moved to Infinite Computer Solutions as a Global Support Specialist, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Mediafly as a Product Support Specialist, a role they started in July 2022. Throughout their career, Lynne has consistently demonstrated their expertise in providing technical support and assisting customers.

Lynne Truong completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Watson and Cloud Foundations from IBM in March 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in January 2021, and Talent Suite Admin App from IBM in April 2020. Other certifications include The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking from Coursera in November 2019, and various IBM certifications such as BrassRing on Cloud: Administrator Tools, BrassRing on Cloud: New User Fundamentals, BrassRing on Cloud: Workbench, IBM Talent Assessments, IBM Agile Explorer, IBM Onboard Manager, and Onboard Configuration Administrator.
