Eddie Childs has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and content creation. Eddie began their career as an Assistant Editor at Billian Publishing in 2007, where they edited articles and prepared artwork for layout. Eddie then moved on to AutoPILOT Magazine as an Associate Editor, where they wrote and edited feature-length stories and managed production aspects.

In 2010, Eddie joined SouthComm, Inc. as an Editorial Coordinator, responsible for coordinating editorial activities. Eddie later became the Managing Editor at New South Publishing in 2011.

During this time, Eddie also worked as a Digital Content Specialist and Staff Copywriter at LocalStomp.com and MarineMax, where they wrote engaging content and managed social media presence.

In 2011, they joined Edwin Childs, LLC as a Professional Writer and Editor, specializing in inbound marketing strategies. Eddie wrote articles for various publications and websites.

From 2012 to 2013, Eddie worked as an Inbound Marketing Specialist at H1Base, overseeing marketing duties and content creation for multiple websites.

Eddie then joined CopyPress in 2013 as a Content Specialist and later became a Digital Content Manager, where they wrote and edited marketing content and managed client projects.

In 2015, Eddie joined Mediagistic as an Inbound Marketing Manager, supervising teams and developing content marketing strategies. Eddie was promoted to Senior Inbound Marketing Manager and then Director of Digital Marketing Communications & Social Media, before taking on their current role as Director of Corporate Marketing in 2022.

Eddie Childs completed their high school education at Chamblee Charter High School from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained an Advanced Academic Degree and a General High School Diploma. Eddie then attended The University of Georgia from 1999 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

In addition to their formal education, Eddie has obtained several certifications in various fields. These include the "Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing" from 6sense in May 2022, the "BuzzSumo Academy Certification" from BuzzSumo in April 2019, the "Social Marketing Certification" from Hootsuite in July 2018, the "Customer Experience Management Certification" from ReviewTrackers in June 2018, the "Google Digital Garage | Online Marketing Fundamentals" from Google in June 2018, the "Google My Business Basics" from Google in June 2018, the "Yext Certified Professional" from Yext in May 2018, the "Hubspot Inbound Certified" from HubSpot in June 2018, the "Google Ads Fundamentals" from Google in June 2019, and the "Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification" from HubSpot in April 2018.
