Madison Rocca

Madison Rocca is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in volunteer services and design. Currently serving as a Jr Web Designer at Mediagistic since March 2025, Madison previously completed a Product Design Internship at Neutrino Design from February 2024 to March 2025. Madison's impactful role at Metropolitan Ministries spanned five years, culminating as the Manager of Volunteer Services, where significant contributions included leading a team to recruit 11,000 volunteers during the holiday season and spearheading departmental engagement initiatives. Earlier positions involved ownership of the Volunteer Leader program, successful adaptation of volunteer strategies during the pandemic, and the cultivation of a supportive volunteer network. Madison holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and is currently enrolled in a UX Design Program at CareerFoundry.
