Aileen Kolon

Aileen Kolon has a diverse work experience in the field of media and marketing. Aileen started their career as a Marketing Intern at Locations Estate Agency in 2013 and later interned at Score Enterprises as a Marketing Intern in 2014. In 2015, they joined Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners as an Account Management Intern before transitioning to Mindshare. At Mindshare, they held various roles including Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager in the Media Strategy department from 2015 to 2019. Aileen then moved to Mediahub Worldwide where they worked as a Media Supervisor, Associate Media Director, and Media Director from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Media Director at Mediahub Worldwide since 2024.

Aileen Kolon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing & Management from Villanova University between 2011 and 2015.
