Molly Lashner has extensive work experience in the field of media planning and marketing. Molly started their career as an Internet Marketing Intern at Medic Batteries in 2010 and later worked as a Student Advisor at BU Orientation in 2011. In 2012, Molly served as an Intern Analyst at Allegra Strategies and as a Marketing Intern at Armani Exchange. In 2013, they interned as a Media Planning Intern at Hill Holliday, where they worked on brands like T.J. Maxx and Chili's. Molly then joined Deutsch and held various roles, including Assistant Integrated Media Planner, Integrated Media Planner, and Senior Integrated Media Planner from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they worked as a Senior Media Planner at Situation Interactive from 2016 to 2018.
