Kimlher Umali

Kimlher Umali has worked in the tech industry since 2018. In that time, they have held various roles in different companies. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. as a Technical Staff. In 2019, they moved to Accenture as a Salesforce Developer. In 2020, they worked at Cognizant as a Salesforce Administrator. Currently, they are working at MediaJel as a Business Process Analyst and Salesforce Administrator. As a Business Process Analyst, they assess business requirements and makes recommendations to support process improvements. Kimlher also manages integrations and workflow through different departments such as sales, finance, and operations. As a Salesforce Administrator, they manage SFDC for the company and integrates with other platforms for streamlining of business processes. Kimlher also serves as a Sales Operations Analyst, managing sets of business processes and activities, and designing business workflows for streamlining of info/processes across different departments.

Kimlher Umali has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, which they obtained from 2015 to 2020. Kimlher also has several certifications from Salesforce and Coursera, such as the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) obtained in December 2020, as well as the Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS certification obtained in July 2020. Kimlher also has several trails from Trailhead by Salesforce, such as the Developer Advanced Trail (Salesforce), Developer Intermediate Trail (Salesforce), Admin Advanced Trail (Salesforce), Developer Basic Trail (Salesforce), Admin Basic Trail (Salesforce), and Admin Intermediate Trail (Salesforce), which they obtained between May and July 2019.
