Sam Chalmers

Sam Chalmers has extensive work experience in the engineering field. They started their career at Multiple Access Communications Ltd in 1998 as an Engineer, and later became a Senior Engineer in 2001. From 2005 to 2009, they held the role of Principal Engineer at the same company. In 2009, Sam joined Ericsson Television as a Senior Development Engineer and later became a Principal Engineer in 2011. Currently, they are working as a Principal Engineer at MediaKind Global since 2019.

Sam Chalmers attended the University of Southampton from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a degree in Information Engineering (MEng). In addition to their formal education, Sam has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Sam earned the Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google Cloud in July 2020 and the Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google Cloud in December 2022. Most recently, in April 2022, Sam obtained a certification in Microservices Foundations from LinkedIn.
