Sergio Lafuente

Sergio Lafuente has a solid background in the technology industry with over 20 years of experience. Sergio started their career at France Telecom as a network engineer from April 2001 to December 2004. Following this, they joined T-Online Spain as a software engineer from 2005 to 2007. Sergio then joined Microsoft as a software engineer from September 2007 to September 2013. Sergio later moved to Ericsson where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer VI from September 2013 to January 2019. Currently, Sergio is associated with MediaKind, where they hold the position of Subject Matter Expert - VSPP - OTT, starting in February 2019. Additionally, they took on the role of Cloud Solutions Architect from January 2020 at MediaKind.

Sergio Lafuente obtained their bachelor's degree in Computers Science from Universidad Nebrija from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in December 2022, Cloud Architecture: Advanced Concepts, Cloud Architecture: Core Concepts, Cloud Architecture: Design Decisions, Common Meeting Problems, Communicating with Confidence, Creating and Giving Business Presentations, Leading Virtual Meetings, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, Projecting Intelligence, Visio Quick Tips, and Visio Tips and Tricks, all from LinkedIn in December 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the MOF v4 Foundation certification from Microsoft in June 2011 and the ITIL v3 certification from ITIL Certified in August 2009.
