Shawn Crockett

Shawn Crockett has worked at MediaKind Global since 2018 as a Tier 3 Escalation Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Ericsson starting in 2008. At Ericsson, they held the position of Manager Global Tier 1 NOC and was responsible for managing a 24x7 team that supports TV & Media solutions. Shawn had 16 direct reports and was in charge of training, scheduling, and hiring. Shawn is familiar with all Ericsson Software solutions for TV & Media, including both new products and legacy ones.

Shawn Crockett attended Georgia College & State University from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they were working on a major in Business Management with a minor in Information Technology, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In August 2011, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification with Management Simulation from APMG-International. Additionally, Shawn has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" in July 2020, "Becoming a Male Ally at Work" in June 2020, "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" in June 2020, "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" in June 2020, "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" in June 2020, and "Unconscious Bias" in June 2020.
