Viet Nguyen Cao

Viet Nguyen Cao has extensive work experience in the media and telecommunications industry. Viet is currently employed at MediaKind, where they hold the position of VP Sales Broadcasters & Sports - EMEA. Prior to this role, they served as the VP International Sales - Operators and VP EMEA Business Development at the same company.

Before joining MediaKind, Viet worked at Red Bee Media as the VP Business Development for Nuvu - SVOD Service for Africa and Asia. Viet also worked at Ericsson as a Key Account Manager for their Cloud TV platform.

Viet has a long history with Microsoft, where they held various positions including Sales Director - Operator Channel Division, Business Development Director - Entertainment & Devices Division, and Business Development Manager - Microsoft TV.

Viet began their career at Agence France Presse as the Director of Business Development before moving on to GlobeCast / France Telecom, where they held roles as Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager. Overall, Viet has accumulated extensive experience in business development and sales within the media and telecommunications fields.

Viet Nguyen Cao completed their Master's Degree in Business Studies from ESCP Business School from 1987 to 1991. In 1990 to 1991, they participated in an exchange program at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, specializing in International Business. Afterward, from 1991 to 1992, they obtained another Master's Degree (DEA) in Communication and Media Studies from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
