Tara Harris

Tara Harris has a strong background in operations and human resources. Tara served as Vice President of Operations at MediaLab 3D Solutions, where they oversaw HR functions and supported business operations. Tara also held the role of Director of Core Services at the same company, where they managed HR and other departments. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Luminous Strategic Solutions, providing consulting services to small and mid-size businesses. Tara's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Masters Construction & Development, where they managed corporate operations and represented the company in contract negotiations. Tara also had a role as Principal at Florida Notary Partners.

Tara Harris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Economics from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 1997 to 2003. Tara also obtained several certifications, including the Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate, Emerging Trends in Global Services Management Certificate, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, and Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Tara achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in 2016 from SHRM and became a Florida Notary Public in 2004 through the Florida Department of State.
