Holly Gault, SHRM-CP

Holly Gault, SHRM-CP has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources. Holly began their career in 1998 as an Employment Manager at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, where they recruited, interviewed, and hired employees in all positions from line staff to management for a large convention style hotel. Holly also developed an International student internship program with the hospitality schools in Switzerland and France. In 2000, Gault became a Staffing Manager at BellSouth, where they sourced, screened, and selected employees for a variety of technical positions. Holly also promoted and transferred represented non-management employees across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. In 2007, Gault joined ZeroChaos as a University Resource Manager for GlaxoSmithKline and an On Boarding Specialist for the dedicated IBM Account team. In this role, they developed and managed the internship/co-op program (ICP) along with the GSK University team and GSK Hiring Managers. Holly also posted positions, sourced resumes, and qualified students for the ICP Program using MaxHire. In 2015, Gault joined Intuit as a Global HR Advisor on the HRConnect team, where they assisted employees with all facets of Human Resources inquiries using Interactive Intelligence (ININ) call center software. Holly also interpreted HR policies offering guidance and coaching to employees, managers, and other leaders. In 2018, Gault became the Office and Human Resources Manager at Pure Knead, where they reviewed and audited employee files and played a key role in migrating production staff of 13 to a co-manufacturing facility with high employee retention. Most recently, in 2021, Gault joined MediaLab as a Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager.

Holly Gault holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Human Resources) from Louisiana Tech University, and a High School Diploma from Mandeville High School. Holly also holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification obtained in December 2021 from SHRM.
