Rafael Strauss has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rafael began their career in 1997 as an A/V Post-Production Assistant at Cinemakit Venezuela. Rafael then moved on to work as an Assistant Producer at Imagen FM Network in 1998. In 1999, Rafael joined loquesea.com as a Music Content Manager, where they developed projects for Fortune 500 companies and supervised a team of about 20 people.

In 2001, Rafael became the General Manager & Content Director at Urbe, where they restructured the organization and operations, achieving a significant reduction in costs and a growth in sales. Rafael also led negotiations for a successful merger with the largest editorial group in Venezuela.

From 2003 to 2005, Rafael co-founded and served as a Director at Remake SMS. After that, they joined Procter & Gamble in various brand management roles, including Sr. Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and Sr. Brand Manager.

In 2015, Rafael became the President of Latam Digital Marketing, leading a team in transforming the way Latin America does marketing in the digital era. Rafael leveraged proprietary tools, partnerships, and alliances to activate insight for clients digitally.

Rafael then held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mediam Group starting in 2021 and continued to hold this position when they transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Endavant in 2022.

Overall, Rafael Strauss has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills throughout their career.

Rafael Strauss obtained a B.A. in Mass Communications from Universidad Central de Venezuela between the years 1996 and 2002. During their time there, they focused on studying Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, and Radio/TV Production. Following this, Rafael pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Emerson College from 2003 to 2005. Rafael'sstudies at Emerson encompassed various areas including Marketing, Branding, Communication, Advertising, and Public Relations.
