Maik Steude

Maik Steude is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR for MEDIAN Unternehmensgruppe B.V. & Co. KG since February 2024. Prior to this role, Maik held the position of Head of HR for PEPCO Germany from September 2021 to January 2024, and served as Head of HR at Igefa from May 2020 to September 2021. Maik's HR career also includes the role of HR Director Regional at Kaufland Deutschland from April 2015 to April 2020, and various positions at Lidl in Deutschland, culminating as Head of Admin and HR from October 1999 to April 2013. Maik holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from BA Sachsen, completed between 1999 and 2001.
