Aparna Khare

Aparna Khare is a Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance at Mediaocean, where experience spans from December 2007 to the present, including roles as Vice President of Software Engineering and Director. In these positions, Aparna transformed the Pune office into a Center of Excellence, established agile scrum teams, and developed R&D initiatives, enhancing productivity and employee engagement. Key achievements include relocating to Pune to establish an offshore development center for APAC, managing teams for multiple product lines, and overseeing automation in product development. Prior experience includes roles at Global Cloud Xchange, Axeda Corporation, IndyMac Bank, and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on project management and software development. Aparna holds a PMP certification and degrees in Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University and Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
