Peggy M. Speight

Peggy M. Speight is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and regulatory compliance with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and consumer health sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance at Rocket Pharmaceuticals since May 2022, Peggy oversees both internal and external Quality Assurance operations. Prior roles include Vice President positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and Johnson & Johnson, where Peggy managed compliance strategies across multiple manufacturing sites. Previous expertise includes significant leadership at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Quintiles Consulting, coupled with a foundational role as a Consumer Safety Officer at the FDA.
