Ana Coelho

Ana Coelho is a Data Scientist and ML Researcher at Mediaprobe since May 2022, specializing in the preprocessing and analysis of time-series data from physiological signals. Ana previously served as a PhD Candidate and Researcher at ICVS - Life and Health Sciences Research Institute from April 2017 to November 2021, conducting research on brain connectivity and cognitive trajectories. Ana has a strong background in taekwondo, earning multiple national and European medals, and has been recognized as a Sports Merit Award Student/Athlete at Universidade do Minho, where Ana completed a PhD in Health Sciences and an Integrated Master's in Biomedical Engineering. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Technician at Fundación Ramón Domínguez and as a Software Developer at PeekMed, where Ana focused on medical imaging processing and orthopedic surgery planning software.
