Junjie Lai

Junjie Lai is a seasoned professional in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President at NVIDIA since April 2013, with a progressive career path that includes roles as Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Technical Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to NVIDIA, Junjie Lai was a PhD student at INRIA from October 2009 to February 2013, conducting research supervised by André Seznec, focusing on throughput-oriented analytical models for performance estimation on GPGPUs. Junjie Lai gained early experience as a Software Engineer Intern at IBM, where contributions included developing math and signal processing kernels for WiMAX on Cell B.E. Junjie Lai holds a PhD in Computer Science from INRIA / University of Rennes 1 (2009-2013), a Master's in Information and Communication Engineering from Tsinghua University (2006-2009), and a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering from the same institution (2002-2006).
