Samantha Friedman

Samantha Lawrence is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people strategy and program management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People Strategy at Hired, previously Vettery, Samantha has held various leadership roles in human resources since November 2018. At Penguin Random House, from 2008 to 2018, Samantha advanced through a series of positions, culminating as Director of HR Analytics, Strategy & IT, where responsibilities included data-driven decision-making and the development of employee engagement programs. Earlier career roles included managing corporate social responsibility initiatives and event execution for HR functions. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Michigan State University.
