We are looking for an experienced Consultant to be based in London

The Role

This position is highly strategic and will be key to our overall success. This is through building stronger relationships with our existing clients which will ultimately lead to increased revenue. The successful person will contribute insights into global clients and prospects.

The job entails the following tasks:

  • Supporting on all key consulting projects across the globe and EMEA
  • Helping use R3’s benchmarking tools and talent to look at fair value compensation and incentives for agencies
  • Carrying out Audit work with global specialist team members to execute ongoing financial audits
  • Agency Model and Pitch Management work inclusive of supporting the pitch process from insights to benchmarking across agencies
  • Digital Ecosystem Benchmarking work inclusive of investigating brand performance online in an independent way
  • Supporting internal team members to achieve targets and deliver high quality work

The expected time split is 90%+ on existing clients with up to 10% on business development.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have around 5-10 years working experience in the marketing services or in a related sector. The successful person will need to possess:

  • Knowledge of the agency landscape, pitch management, marketing procurement, media auditing and/or digital performance measurement.
  • Demonstrable experience working on multiple projects and comfortability for some of these being long-term.
  • A global mindset - experience within areas across the world is beneficial.
  • Integrity, honesty while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Some of the data security needed is surrounding information we hold on client’s media cost benchmarks and sales information for example.
