Finn M. began their work experience in 2018 as an Intern for Downtown Community Television. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant to the Business Manager and Volunteer for KZSC Santa Cruz. In 2020, they held the role of Post Production Assistant at Axios. Currently, they are employed as an Assistant Media Planner at Mediasmith.

Finn M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2020. In November 2021, they additionally obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
