Erin (McLoughlin) McCollam has extensive work experience in the media planning and buying industry. Erin (McLoughlin) started their career at McCann Erickson in 1994 as a Media Planner, working on various clients including AT&T Data Services and Scoop Away Kitty Litter. Within 6 months, they were promoted to the role of Media Planner and participated in McCann's executive training program. Erin (McLoughlin) worked on a new business pitch that was presented to top executives of the company.

In 1996, Erin joined DDB Needham as an Associate Media Director. Erin (McLoughlin) was responsible for media planning and buying for high-tech clients such as Digital Equipment Corp. Erin (McLoughlin) also had the opportunity to work on the Mobil Corporate campaign and gained international planning and buying experience. Erin traveled to Asia to analyze media consumption habits in other cultures.

Since 1998, Erin has been working at Mediassociates as the V.P. Accounting. Erin (McLoughlin) oversees financial operations for $250 million in annual media buying.
