Co-founder of Family Law Service
Jess Knauf is the Director of Client Strategy at Mediate UK and the primary author of our blogs and guides. She has spent more than six years working in family mediation settings, helping to shape the way we support clients as they separate, sort out child arrangements and resolve finances in England and Wales. In November 2025, Jess helped launch Family Law Service, an innovative new service that allows clients to easily click-buy divorce advice, paperwork completion and many other legal services. In the same year, Jess helped design and develop the first AI family law assistant in the UK for Family Law Service, bringing accessible legal guidance to more people.
