Bhavy Jyoti Sharma, LAIADR, is a legal intern at India Today since August 2024 and has been freelancing on platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork since June 2024 and September 2023, respectively, with a focus on drafting various commercial agreements. In addition, Bhavy serves as the National Vice President of the WICCI Arbitration and Conciliation Council, leading a team of over 50 members across India. Bhavy has held various leadership and membership roles in organizations promoting dispute resolution, including the Karuna Mediation & Arbitration Institute and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as membership in the London Court of International Arbitration and several other professional groups. Educational qualifications include a BALLB Hons. from Lloyd Law College, currently in progress, and a CS Executive from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

We intent to bridge the gap between the classes in a community and the mediators and provide awareness with an aim to build a bridge using which more law students can be encouraged to opt for ADR methods. Apart from this we all organise various conferences, webinar’s , competition and awareness campaign.
