Chuo-Ling Chang is an Edge AI and On-Device Machine Learning leader with extensive experience in real-time audio/video processing, app streaming, and machine intelligence for augmented reality. At Google, they head the On-Device Machine Learning infrastructure and play a pivotal role in the development of technologies powering various AI/ML features across products such as Google Meet and YouTube. Previously, Chuo-Ling held significant positions at TokBox, Dyyno, and Agawi, contributing to innovative video streaming solutions and compression algorithms. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Information Systems Laboratory at Stanford University while holding a BS in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
