Chris Karam is an experienced Organizational Development Consultant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since September 2017. As the Principal at WorkConnexus LLC since 2009, Karam has contributed significantly to the field. Involvement as a Patient Family Advisory Council member at Jordan Hospital and participation on the Board of Directors Executive Committee as Strategic Development Planning Chair at American Friends of Neve Shalom/Wahat al-Salam reflects a strong commitment to community service. Karam has also served as a Court Supervisor for HPO Mediation at the University of Massachusetts and co-founded Common Ground Services in June 2008.
