Elisa Enriquez, CO-OP®, LCSW, currently serves as an Associate Ombuds at The National Institutes of Health and is the Owner of E. Enriquez Counseling & Coaching, LLC, as well as an Outsourced Ombuds with The McCammon Group. With over 12 years of experience as a Senior Associate Ombuds at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Elisa has developed expertise in facilitation, mediation, coaching, and leadership consulting. Previous roles include Employee Assistance Program Counselor, Therapist at both Hill & Saks Behavior Therapy Services and Los Alamos Family Council, and Intensive Care Coordinator and Latino Outreach Coordinator at OPC Mental Health Center, focusing on case management and outreach for the Latino community. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
