Kathy Reboul, MSW, is an experienced mediator and educator specializing in family and criminal justice advocacy. Since 2016, Kathy has worked with MWI as a mediator for family and divorce cases and as a parent educator, focusing on effective co-parenting while collaborating with court-mandated parents to enhance communication skills. Additionally, Kathy has served as a criminal/juvenile justice advocate with Social Justice Projects since 2012, facilitating restorative justice programs at MCI Norfolk and contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing violence. Kathy holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and has a strong background in criminal justice reform through board membership with the Criminal Justice Policy Coalition and strategic planning roles with organizations like Second Chance USA.
